Terms of service

1.             All stock is subject to availability.

2.             If their is insufficient stock to deliver the order placed by the customer, you will be notified and either an alternative will be offered or a full refund. Their will be no compensation for any disappointment.

3.             All prices are in GBP (Great British Pound).

4.             All orders may be subject to further security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of credit/debit card details. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be provided.

5.             We reserve the right to deliver certain orders to the invoice address only. In such a case, you will be notified  via email.

6.             All photos and images are for illustration purposes only.

7.             Here at The Cologne Factory, customer satisfaction is key, hence we aim to acknowledge and resolve any customer complaints within 10 working days.

8.             The customer has the right to return their order within 7 working days of receiving their order. Upon the order being returned, product costs will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods provided the returned items are unused.

9.             Any return postal charges, where the customer is dissatisfied, will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

10.         If the customer receives any incorrect, damaged or faulty items, the returns postage fee will be refunded, provided the items are returned unused. Photographic evidence may be required to support such a claim.

11.         Any refunds will only be issued, when the order is received within 30 days of the purchase date

12.         Any returns should be sent via recorded delivery. There will be no refund for postal costs where a courier or special delivery is used.
